THG was established in 2013 with the purpose of guiding clients through the maze that are the Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs). Our clients range from Non-Profits, Financial, Technology and a smaller mix of gray- and blue-collar companies. Our expertise lie in compiling large amounts of data for our clients to cross compare their current costs with two to four different PEO options. We have been able to reduce our clients’ costs on average 7 – 20%. The best part, our services are FREE! We are compensated by the PEOs.
